50% deposit of total accommodation to confirm bookings in low and shoulder season. Stays over Christmas and Easter Holidays will be FULL payment 28 days in advance. On all occasions Full payment for accommodation will be on arrival. |

| Cancellation Policy: |
Cancellations within twenty one (21) days of arrival date will incur an administration fee of 10% of the deposit paid. Cancellations within seven (7) days of arrival date will incur a loss of your deposit in full. We will try to transfer deposits to a future booking if possible, subject to availability. This policy excludes peak season. No shows will be charged for the entire stay. |
